Founded by cousins Jennifer Cronjé & Zoe Siegel, Chava is firmly rooted in an intimate understanding of what excellence, taste, and trust looks like at the highest levels of finance and leadership. Jennifer Cronjé
Founder
Before launching Chava, Jennifer spent a decade working directly with UHNW individuals and families in the luxury yachting sector & their estates supporting and orchestrating their private lives, learning firsthand how the most powerful people operate. Finding a path of entrepreneurship, she built and sold a boutique event service company as well as a lifestyle product brand at the height of the pickleball boom. Jennifer has lived and worked among leaders who demand the best - and she brings that standard to every search she leads.

Gabriela Mekler
Executive Recruiter
Gabriela grew up in Mexico City. She speaks four languages - English, Spanish, French & Hebrew. She is an entreprenuer & has owned and operated her travel accessory business for over a decade. Her dedication to finding the perfect fit for our clients sets the foundation for successful longterm partnerships. Gabriela embraces connecting with people from all over the world. She is an integral part of the Chava team and with a Masters degree in Psychology, she brings dedication, meaningful engagement and a dicerning lense to every search.
Zoe Siegel
Strategic Advisor
Zoe Siegel serves as Chava’s strategic advisor. Zoe is currently a Talent Partner at Felicis and formerly led executive searches for companies like Notion, Wiz, and Anthropic. She previously worked with Sequoia on its most recent Partner hire, and was a Partner at Artisanal Talent. Her deep experience advising VC firms and founder-CEOs informs the collective’s high-integrity approach to recruiting leadership at the intersection of capital, technology, and taste. Zoe is an avid adventurer.
